UK fails six times to kick out criminal

A FOREIGN criminal has avoided deportation six times over nine years after a series of Home Office blunders, it has emerged. The latest attempt to send El Mehdi Arjdal back to Morocco on a charter flight was stopped when he put razor blades in his mouth.
