Brexit no deal one step closer as Cabinet admits agreement WILL be defeated in vote

THERESA May’s Brexit deal is "certain" to be rejected when it returns to Parliament next week according to a Government minister, as EU exit negotiations remain deadlocked in Brussels over the controversial Northern Ireland backstop.
